I recently connected power to the motor wires and it starts runs perfectly in all positions. There are two oiling holes for the motor shaft bearings. The original installation manual, cutout template and mounting screws are included in good condition. The carton was a bit soiled and it had been opened.

The mounting flanges, as supplied, appear to be prepared for a round duct but can re-formed flat surface. This unit can be mounted on 5 to 8-inch diameter round ducts or 4-inch larger rectangular. One of them can be seen in the photo that shows fan blade. I purchased it to improve the heat in a bedroom, but ended up installing larger furnace so never used.
